William Jones is a partner in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency (FRI) group. William has considerable experience representing distressed companies in chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings. In addition to his experience representing companies in their restructuring efforts, William's practice also is focused on protecting and advancing the interests of investors, financial sponsors, and corporations with respect to distressed companies, asset acquisitions, and other special situations.
